On Monday, Activists with Overpass Light Brigade and Move To Amend brought our message of “Real Democracy” to the Wisconsin State Capitol. Using light boards and a projector they demanded an end to ‘pay to play’ politics in Wisconsin and around the country – much to the chagrin of the Capitol Police. In Wisconsin Move to Amend has successfully placed a measure on the ballot directing the Wisconsin Congressional Delegation to support a constitutional amendment declaring that rights are for people not for corporations. Overpass Light Brigade and Move To Amend plan to keep using these creative tactics to make sure the measure is approved this November!
